Nighttime mews, most Beautiful Big Cats... cloudy for part of the day on the tame prairie, until late afternoon... yesterday, the setting sun was the most beautiful radiant pink-orange color, then as Sol set, the colors changed from brilliant flaming orange to yellow... and the look of the sun was rather odd, too... and very hard to describe... anyhoo, the Kougaress was ultra busy... so much to do, so little time.
Looks like society, in general, sits on the edge of a precipice, darling kittens, so prepare. 'Cause this Big Cat loves ya!

Maureen stretched, rolled over, and tumbled onto the floor. She came awake at once, fully alert. The dubious perks of a life on the road, hunting scary things with people who sometimes scared her even more.
She took in her surroundings: cushions, gauzy curtains, walls painted cream with lurid red accents, a bowl of plastic fruit heavy on the apples, bananas and dates. Another bowl held condoms. That one looked like it hadn’t been touched in a while.
Oh yeah, and the sleeping wolf curled up on the cushions.
