Summer eye candy... gotta love those heroes!
Late night mews, summer-charging Pussycats... several sneaky little rainshowers on the tame prairie... a good thing but odd since it wasn't overcast, just rain clouds that parked overhead... the Kougaress is seeing lots of butterflies flitting about... so at least there are pollinators out and about... this evening, the crescent moon hung beautifully in the northwestern sky... so then, this Big Cat has worn herself out and she's not done yet with everything. ~yowls and sighs~
Keep an eye peeled out for trouble, darling kittens, the vibes are heavy right now. And remember, this Big Cat loves ya!

Vacation Time for Gill Begins

The small islands off the coast got Gill’s attention even from the plane window. Now that he could see them from the sands of the beach near his hotel, he marveled at the rocky exteriors each pillar contained. No two looked alike. Just like squirrels and other shape shifters. They might look the same. They really weren’t. When he started loping things together and making hasty decision, Gill knew vacation time had arrived.

The survival tactic for the adult wolves would be to leave the pups where the fire might skip over them. Hopefully, the adults made it. Thanks to Firefighters and Dept of Fish and Game, AK cannot afford to lose its predators and upset the balance.
