Midnight mews, mighty Aphrodite Big Cats... warm with some overcast clouds today... but the weather cleared... but gosh, the tame prairie could use a good long soaking rain... the Kougaress is busy beyond belief... ~yowls~
Keep a watch, darling kittens. Big bad doings are in the wind. Just remember, this Big Cat loves ya!

Okay, early this afternoon the Kougaress was outside tending to her plants when she heard the nearly deafening thunder-scream of a nuke-powered jet... that thing streaked south fairly high in the sky and at such a high rate of speed it had to be going far faster than what 'they' tell you is the top speed for a jet... yeah, what a joke... so, the thunderous sound of the jet had begun to fade when ALL OF A SUDDEN.. BOOM! A thunder-exploding, sky-tearing sound came from the jet doing something... what? this Big Cat has no clue... but it was a BOOM like this Big Cat has never heard!!!

Yep, the Kougar is still polishing the first chapter of FORTUNATE WOLVES... of course, once again, she bit off more than she can chew... so she might not make the October 9 deadline for the "So You Think You Can Write" contest.
Also, the SHAPESHIFTER SEDUCTIONS newsletter is in production and the Kougar needs to get something written... or, find a Halloween-fun flash scene she's already written but hasn't been seen for a long while.

Happy Wednesday, everyone! You may not have know it, but I just had a book come out yesterday, my first in a long while. The long stretch was due to me trying to figure out how to write novel-length stories rather than my usual 20,000-30,000 word novellas. This one is twice as long as I used to write and I think it turned out quite good.
