Monday late night mews, Samhain-spunky Kitkats... last night the Kougaress saw the beautiful crescent moon, which was a lovely shade of Halloween orange... today the temps were still warm, but it was an overcast, blustery day... and this Big Cat has been hearing some strange sky sounds tonight, and earlier in the afternoon... who knows what the heck is going on.
Watch out for the ghouls and ghosties... and those black kitty cats. 'Cause this Big Cat loves ya!

In the first hour, Chairman of International Cruise Victims [internationalcruisevictims.org], Kendall Carver, talked about chilling crimes committed on cruise ships and how the industry stonewalls investigations into these events as well as regulations that could prevent them. "We're not anti-cruise ship," Carver said of his organization, "we just want accountability." To that end, he listed a litany of potential dangers unbeknownst to cruise ship passengers such as a lack of adequate medical care and the absence of any police force aboard these massive vessels.
